1. During all the production process and assembly on site, we work under demanding supervision of testing company, checking the quality according to RAL standards. The RAL is the most reputable German association testing quality of timber-framed constructions. Attaining this standard, you can be sure, that you get the top German quality. There are no more than two or three producers in former Eastern Europe, who keeps that standard. 2. We strictly insist on construction methods ensuring long-term quality and utility. The quality of our work is checked during assembly. 3. We have built hundreds of top quality turn-key houses on German market. 4. We provide after-sale service during and after guarantee period (10-30 years for the construction, 2-3 years for accessories) 5. Before starting of construction, we provide accurate schedule describing exactly day by day the construction process, number of workers on site and required equipment (scaffolding, grue...). There are no delays, you know exactly the day of finalization. 6. Due to large number of houses made by our company, we can show you our houses under construction, just finished houses or houses used for up to 10 years. We also invite you to see our production plant in Vsetin. 7. We expect to get CE certificate during the summer 2006 – just now we pass over ETA proceedings.
